Business conditions are a set of rules and regulations that regulate the relationship between the seller and the buyer in the business process.
They include information about ordering products or services, prices, payment methods, delivery, product returns, data protection, intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, changes to terms and procedures for claims and appeals.
The terms of service are important for ensuring transparency, security and protection of the interests of both parties in the business relationship.
The general conditions of the online store www.lindenhof.si are drawn up in accordance with the Code of Obligations of the Republic of Slovenia, the Consumer Protection Act ZVPot-1), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia and codes for internet business.
The user or the buyer is reminded of the general terms and conditions of business and the privacy policy when placing an order and by placing the order confirms his familiarity with them.

Online shop
Through the online store www.lindenhof.si, it is currently possible to order products only for the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. Orders can currently only be submitted in the Slovenian language.
Our online store and its content are intended for information and promotion purposes only. The provider strives to ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the data, but does not take responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies on the website. Use of the website and its contents is at your own acccountability.
Information about products, prices and promotions is generally up-to-date, but we reserve the right to make any errors. Product images are symbolic and may differ from the actual product.

When paying cash on delivery, Pošta Slovenije charges an additional fee of €1.45 including VAT. These costs are covered by the buyer.

Ordering
The submitted order constitutes a sales contract and will be stored at the provider's premises and on the server of the online store.
Products are ordered through the online store. Customers can select products, specify the quantity and add them to the cart. After placing the order, they receive a confirmation email. The order is binding, unless otherwise agreed. The products will be shipped only after payment has been received, except in the case of cash on delivery.
For the execution of the order, it is considered that for the customer the order or the package handed over to the delivery service.
The order becomes valid after the buyer confirms the order by confirming the confirmation message. The ordered products are billed at the prices published on the online store portal at the time of placing the order.
Cancellation of order
The user or the buyer is allowed to cancel his placed order, no later than 1 hour from the placed order. You can do this by sending a message to the e-mail address (info@lindenhof.si) or to the phone number 040 919 210. Later cancellations fall under the subject of product returns.
Prices
Prices: All product prices in the online store are quoted in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of an obvious error in the price of the product, we reserve the right to change the price and notify the customer before the order is executed.
Upon delivery of the ordered products, you will receive an invoice detailing the price and all costs related to the purchase. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the information on the invoice and to notify the seller of any errors within eight days of receipt. The provider will not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices.
Delivery
Packages are delivered by Pošta Slovenije. The cost of delivery and packaging is €3.90. The provider reserves the right to change the costs of delivery and packaging of the product. The provider will be informed of the final price before the order is confirmed.
We deliver the products to the address the buyer specifies when ordering.
Pošta Slovenije also makes it possible to change the delivery of your shipment after it has already been dispatched. Instructions for using the application will be provided by Pošta Slovenije in an SMS message.
Product returns
In accordance with current EU legislation, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving, provided that the products have not been used, are in their original condition and in their original packaging. The return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the error was on the part of the seller. You can request a product exchange or a refund.
In accordance with Article 43b of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods. He must notify the provider of his intention to withdraw from the contract in writing, without having to give a reason for his decision.
He must communicate his decision:

The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned within thirty (30) days of the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, unchanged in quantity and with undamaged seals testifying that the product has not been opened.
The buyer returns the goods to the address: Miha Mori, Kmetija Lindenhof, Šentjanž pri Dravograd 157, 2373 Šentjanž pri Dravograd by registered mail. The provider will return the entire purchase price to the buyer no later than fifteen (15) days after receiving the returned goods from the buyer.
Intellectual property rights
All content on our online store, including images, text, logos and graphic elements, is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use or copying of the content is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of the owner.
Limitation of liability
The provider tries to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the online store, but does not assume responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, prices or other data. The customer bears full responsibility for the use of the products and agrees that the provider will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur as a result of the use of the products.
Unclaimed shipments
In the event of an undelivered shipment or a refused delivery when paying cash on delivery, we reserve the right to charge the customer €12 to cover the costs incurred as a result of the undelivered shipment. These costs may be charged to the customer and may be deducted from any refunds or chargebacks. In the case of repeatedly undelivered shipments or refused deliveries, we reserve the right to limit or terminate business with the customer.

Safety
The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments. The provider does not assume any responsibility and cannot be held liable for any damage to computer/hardware or other property, as well as possible introduction of viruses that could affect the user's equipment as a result of visiting the website, downloading texts, images, data. The user himself is also responsible for the protection of personal data, namely by ensuring the security of his username and password and the appropriate software (antivirus) protection of his computer. The user guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of all provided data and is liable to the provider for any damage caused due to inaccurate and untrue data.
Complaints and appeals
In case of complaints or appeals, please contact us using the contact details provided. We will do our best to resolve any issues and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
In the event that the package was damaged during transport, immediately report it to the postal employee and inform us about the complaint by e-mail: info@lindenhof.si.
In the event that the delivered products differ from the ordered products (delivery of incorrect products), the buyer shall immediately notify the provider by e-mail: info@lindenhof.si and return the delivered products by registered mail as soon as possible. The seller bears the cost of returning the originally incorrectly delivered products. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, unchanged in quantity and with undamaged seals, testifying that the product has not been opened. The provider has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the rules on product returns. If the buyer does not withdraw from the contract, the provider will send the ordered products by registered mail and will not charge the buyer shipping costs.
The provider will make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably. If an amicable solution to the dispute is not reached, the court is competent to resolve all disputes between the provider and the buyer.
The provisions of the Code of Obligations, the Act on Electronic Business on the Market, the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and the Act on Consumer Protection apply mutatis mutandis to all relationships and rights and obligations not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions.
Changes to Terms
The provider reserves the right to change the terms of business without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately after publication on the online store. We advise you to regularly check the terms of business so that you are always aware of current information.
