Shipping

The prices listed on the website www.lindenhof.si do not include delivery.

 

The cost of delivery and order processing is €3.90 and is calculated in the basket before placing the order.

 

When buying over €100, the shipping cost is free of charge.

The customer has the option to pay the purchase price upon receiving the shipment. When paying cash on delivery, Pošta Slovenije charges an additional fee of €1.45 including VAT. This cost is borne by the customer.

Delivery

The delivery of our parcels is carried out by Pošta Slovenije.

 

All orders will be picked up by the delivery service within 1 to 3 working days. If it turns out that the ordered product is not in stock, we will inform you of this via e-mail or phone call, where we will agree on how to proceed.

​

In order to ensure the quality of the oil, the orders, submitted on Fridays, will be dispatched on Mondays.

​

Personal pickup

The personal pickup option for orders placed via www.lindenhof.si is currently not possible.

Ecological packaging

In the family we firmly believe that as a society, we must radically change our approach to treating our planet, so we try to introduce sustainable practices wherever it proves to be a suitable alternative to the classic approach, which is cheaper in the short term, but more expensive for nature in the long term.

 

We pack all our shipments in sustainable packaging:

• cardboard shipping box,

• protective honeycomb for bottles is made of cut paper,

• the fillers are made from recycled paper,

• wrap the package with paper tape with cornstarch glue.

Did you know? Glass can be recycled indefinitely without loss of quality.

We pack our seeds and grains in paper bags before they become oil. We bottle the oil. Weeds between sunflowers are controlled mechanically. Despite everything, we are forced to use artificial materials in certain aspects, such as the cork on the bottle. Regardless of the fact that people can leave a carbon footprint unintentionally, we try to limit this impact as much as possible.

Free sample

Free sample orders contain a 15ml bottle of our sunflower oil, with free delivery. A sample customer ordering a free sample will not be added to the mailing list for additional promotional materials. 

​

The provider reserves the right to deliver a free sample for up to 30 days, subject to stock availability.

​
